About Horizons Philadelphia

Horizons Greater Philadelphia (HGP) operates from a core belief that every child in the Philadelphia area should have access to high-quality educational opportunities. Our bold vision is to close the opportunity gap for Philadelphia students, promoting equity in education and joy in lifelong learning, by tailoring nation-wide education best practices to the nuanced needs and assets of our neighborhoods. HGP’s five-year goal is to expand our capacity to serve over 1,000 students in the Greater Philadelphia area with at least eight programs by 2025.
